Measurement

  • Height: Measure from head to toe in an upright position.
  • Chest: Measure around the body at the point of greatest volume, in the resting position (with bra on).
  • Waist: Measure around the curve of the waist (midway between the top of the hip and the last rib).
  • Hip: Measure around the body at the most prominent back point.
  • Leg: Measure the widest part of your thigh, the upper part, just below the buttocks.
  • Arm: Place the tape measure in the middle of your biceps muscle, about halfway between your elbow and shoulder.
  • Back: Place the tape measure from shoulder to shoulder in a straight line to determine the width of the back.
  • Tyro Pants (Dungarees Only): While seated on a chair, measure vertically from the waist to the height of the chair at the side. The crotch depth can also be measured with well-fitting trousers.
